You’re worth it.

Therapy is an investment in yourself.

Insurance, and why I don’t accept it.

I am not currently contracted with any insurance networks. Insurance companies often impose limitations on session frequency and duration and may require an early diagnosis, which may not align with your treatment goals, or why you are in therapy. By opting out of insurance, we have the flexibility to tailor your therapy experience to your specific needs without these constraints. I can provide you with a superbill for potential reimbursement based on your insurance policy.

A typical session is 45 minutes, unless otherwise requested or specified. Please note that ART sessions require a 60 minute session.

Fees for sessions:

45 minute session is $105.

60 minute session is $125.

75 minute session is $150

I know that the cost can seem overwhelming, but you are worth the investment.

If you are having concerns related to insurance and/or finances, I would encourage you to check into the following things:

  • Submit a superbill for possible reimbursement. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card if you are unsure about your out-of-network benefits.

  • Use a HSA/FSA fund. You can use a Health Savings account or a Flexible Spending account to pay for therapy.

  • Speak with an accountant / tax preparer to discuss out-of-pocket healthcare costs. They can help you understand if this is something that you can deduct when taxes come around.

You’re worth the investment.
